1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the website at davismechanical.com or engaging Davis Mechanical Plumbing & Heating LLC(“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) for residential plumbing, commercial mechanical contracting, boiler installations, radiant heating, or 24/7 emergency dispatch services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Scope of Services & Estimates
Davis Mechanical provides master plumbing, hydronic radiant heating, boiler station engineering, drain cleaning, and excavation services throughout the Treasure Valley (Boise, Meridian, Eagle, Star, Nampa, Caldwell, and surrounding areas).
- Upfront Written Estimates: All quotes and project proposals are based on initial visual inspections and specifications provided. Unforeseen structural, hidden piping, or subterranean anomalies discovered during excavation or rough-in may require a change order.
- Emergency Dispatch: 24/7 emergency calls are dispatched based on technician availability. Emergency diagnostic fees and off-hours rates apply as communicated prior to technician deployment.
3. Workmanship Guarantee & Manufacturer Warranties
We stand behind our master craftsmanship:
All labor performed by Davis Mechanical master technicians is backed by our full 1-year residential workmanship warranty from completion date.
Boilers, water heaters, radiant pumps, and valves carry direct manufacturer warranties (e.g. Lochinvar, Navien, Bradford White).
4. Payment Terms & Invoicing
Payment for completed services is due upon invoice presentation unless prior commercial net-terms have been established in writing. We accept major credit cards, verified electronic bank transfers, and corporate checks. Unpaid balances beyond thirty (30) days are subject to standard Idaho statutory interest rates and collection fees.
5. Limitation of Liability
Davis Mechanical Plumbing & Heating LLC maintains comprehensive commercial general liability insurance and workman’s compensation. In no event shall the Company be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from pre-existing structural decay, unpermitted prior installations by third parties, or acts of God.
